Baltimore Innovations is an international raw material & packaging supplier to a variety of well-known multi-national clients. The successful candidate will be highly presentable with an excellent phone manner great communication skills, and with a full driving licence.
Duties associated with the role would typically include; processing orders on our Sage accounts system, supporting sales staff, answering the phone and speaking to clients and suppliers at all levels of seniority.
You must be able to demonstrate a track record of competency, give examples of where you have solved problems, and multi-task. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, as is good numeracy and literacy. Experience of Sage or similar accounts software would be an advantage.
Qualifications: Ideally a graduate, or you possess two or more A-Levels preferably Science and Maths, but this isn’t essential for the candidate with the right attitude and experience.
Full product training will be given. Salary approx £18-22,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications. Company pension scheme, 23 days holiday, and free parking at offices near the centre of Bourne End.
