SuperDryPak™ silica gel bags

SuperDryPak™ silica gel bags use beaded silica gel [British Standard:7554] for low dust emission and are constructed from either tyvek or non-woven fabric for high burst-resistance. Any humidity that penetrates these desiccant bags will be adsorbed by the silica gel and locked away, thus preventing moisture damage and corrosion. Our standard bags come in a range of sizes from 0.25g to 500g and we also offer a variety of Defence Standard bags. In addition to our standard silica gel bags, we also offer a range of indicating silica gel sachets.

 

SuperDryPak™ safe indicating silica gel

SuperDryPak™ safe indicating silica gel contains a safe proprietary colouring agent, which provides a clear and distinct colour change as it absorbs moisture. Safe Indicating changes from orange (dry) to green (saturated). It is an environmentally friendly desiccant and can be used as a safe, effective replacement to blue silica gel as it does not contain agents that are classified as potentially carcinogenic.

SuperDryPak™ continuous strip

SuperDryPak™ continuous strip sachets can be filled with any given desiccant to suit your needs and are manufactured as a single continuous strip, on a reel for usein high speed automated production lines.

We can also advise and supply machinery to dispense these continuous strip desiccant sachets.

 

SuperDryPak™ molecular sieve bags

In addition to our silica gel bags, we also offer a range of SuperDryPak™ molecular sieve bags. These are filled with molecular sieve beads and offer the user the opportunity to quickly reduce the relative humidity of a sealed headspace. These desiccant bags are capable of reducing the relative humidity right down to 0%.
